(1)Coking equipment accessories-Cold coke discharge device

The cold coke discharge device is installed at the bottom of the dry quenching tank to discharge the cooled coke onto the belt conveyor.The accessories of the coking equipment require the device to automatically,continuously,and evenly discharge the material,without circulating gas and dust escaping during the discharge.

The coking coke oven equipment consists of the following main components:a plug valve for maintenance,a vibrating feeder for regulating the discharge of cold coke,an expansion joint under the outer cover of the vibrating feeder,a gas sealed rotary sealing valve,and a discharge chute.

The rotary sealing valve is a rotary type that discharges coke at a constant speed.In addition,the use of rotary sealing valves can ensure the airtightness of the system.

The main equipment of gas circulation system includes primary dust remover,secondary dust remover,circulating fan,heat pipe heat exchanger,etc.The primary dust collector is a gravity settling trough type dust removal device used to remove coarse coke powder contained in the circulating gas.The secondary deduster adopts a deduster(multi tube Cyclonic separation separation type)with domestic technology and suitable for dry quenching process to further separate the fine coke powder in the circulating gas,so that the dust content in the gas entering the circulating fan is less than 1g/m3,and the dust less than 0.25mm accounts for more than 95%,so as to reduce the wear of coke powder on the blades of the circulating fan,thus extending the service life of the circulating fan.

The heat pipe heat exchanger is installed on the circulating gas pipeline between the outlet of the circulating fan and the inlet of the dry quenching furnace.It exchanges heat between the boiler feed water and the circulating gas,thereby reducing the temperature of the circulating gas entering the dry quenching furnace and strengthening the heat exchange effect of the dry quenching furnace.The heat recovered from the circulating gas is used to heat the boiler feed water,saving the steam consumption of the deaerator and thereby reducing the energy consumption of the entire dry quenching device.

The circulating fan is installed between the secondary dust collector and the heat pipe heat exchanger,pressurizing the closed circuit circulating gas and sending it into the dry quenching furnace for recycling.

(2)Reasons for smoking from coke oven accessories

In daily coking production,the main causes of furnace door smoke are deformation or damage of the furnace door blade edge,deformation of the furnace frame,inadequate cleaning of the furnace door frame,inaccurate alignment of the furnace door or coking during door alignment,and damage to the furnace door clamping equipment.

Coking equipment accessories adopt self sealing Switchblade edge furnace door.The jacking force of the knife edge to the furnace frame is generated by the spring.The edge can not only compensate for the deformation difference between the furnace door body and the furnace door frame.In actual production,due to the poor working environment of the spring,high working temperature,large load,short compressible travel,the compression amount of the spring is limited,which can not play the due rebound role,making the compression force of the knife edge to the furnace frame insufficient,The deformation of the furnace door body cannot match the deformation of the furnace door frame,resulting in poor sealing and gas leakage.

Due to the thickness of the original furnace door web plate being 1.5mm,thin web plate,poor toughness and strength,the four corners of the web plate are welded together.When working at high temperatures,the upper and lower transverse heads and web plates of the cutting edge will experience creep,which will cause changes in the gap between the four corners of the upper and lower transverse heads and web plates of the cutting edge and the furnace door frame.Over time,four corners will crack and smoke frequently.At the same time,it cannot overcome the damage to the edge of the knife caused by the door picking operation.

After the furnace door is removed from both ends of the carbonization chamber before coke pushing,a large amount of tar will be attached to the surface of the furnace door Fire brick and the groove at the knife edge.The tar in the groove at the knife edge of the furnace door and the corner of the furnace door is not easy to clean.If the furnace door is installed intact without frequent cleaning,the sealing effect cannot be achieved.During coking,a large amount of gas will leak out from the groove at the knife edge of the furnace door,seriously polluting the environment and wasting energy.
