The emission reduction of the carbonization chamber during the coking process mainly depends on the sealing performance of equipment such as furnace doors,coal loading hole covers,seats,and riser covers.The substances leaked from these equipment seals are mainly polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAH),of which Benzopyrene(BaP)is the most toxic.But during the coking process,the furnace door has a large amount of leakage,and the coal loading hole cover plays an important role in the entire coking process.For production,it is necessary to carefully pour slurry and pressure smoke around the coal loading hole cover.

The invention provides a sealing material that can prevent the discharge of pollutants from the coal charging hole cover and the gaps between the seats during the production process of the coke oven in a coking plant.The sealing material is characterized in that it is mainly composed of silica bath soil powder,especially suitable for the combination of raw silica bath soil powder and cooked silica bath soil powder.It has the advantages of good sealing performance,moderate viscosity,easy detachment when uncovered,and is suitable for mechanized construction.

2.Stage:The main content of the cold installation stage of the coke oven includes the pre embedding of the bottom spray pipe,the pre embedding of the flue bend,and the installation of the furnace body protective iron to meet the drying conditions.

3.The third stage:installation and debugging stage mainly includes the installation of each repair station,the installation of the four major vehicles and their tracks,the installation of the coke table and coke discharge equipment,the installation,debugging,and closing of the exchange transmission equipment.

Qualified sleepers should be poured in advance according to the drawing requirements,and after the masonry reaches the required height,the sleepers should be accurately placed in the installation position.
