Due to the use of a water seal cover at the top of the rising pipe and a water seal structure at the bridge pipe socket,as well as the installation of high and low pressure ammonia water spraying devices,it can effectively prevent the leakage of raw gas at the furnace top,which is beneficial for environmental protection and the export of raw gas,thereby increasing gas production.

The industrial operation test of the bridge pipe water seal cover and seat has proven that the structure is reasonable,the operation is flexible,the sealing performance is good,and it meets environmental requirements.It overcomes the serious problem of fire and smoke in coke oven equipment in the past,and the product performance indicators meet the usage requirements of domestic users.The technical level is in the domestic position,and it has wide promotion and application value.

Technical requirements for bridge pipe water sealing cover and seat:

1.After the valve disc is loaded,it should be in smooth contact with the water seal diameter of the valve body,with a water seal height of no less than 35mm,and the valve shaft should rotate flexibly.After the balance weight is assembled,there should be no reversal when opening the valve.

2.The installation of the bridge pipe and water seal groove should be flat,so that the water seal cover can contact the inner cylinder evenly and prevent deviation.When the water seal cover is closed,the height of the water seal is 100mm.

On the processing sealing surface of the hole plug and the bottom frame edge of the shell,there should be no defects such as cracks,pores,honeycomb pores that reduce the sealing performance.Otherwise,welding repair should be carried out before smoothing.

4.The surface of the bridge pipe and the installation ammonia water tank nozzle,as well as the surface of the cleaning hole,must strictly maintain the angle of the drawing,and the center line of the hole should be perpendicular to the connecting surface.

5.The bridge pipe and valve body socket are manufactured strictly according to the tolerances specified in the drawings.If the dimensional tolerance exceeds the design requirements,processing should be carried out.

6.Air holes,honeycombs,and other similar defects on the surface of the flange connection can also be repaired by welding or other methods if they do not affect its strength and tightness.On other surfaces of the parts,defects that do not reduce the strength and tightness of the product can be repaired by welding or filling.Small air holes are allowed on the unprocessed surface of the shell,which should not exceed 10%of the wall thickness,but must be filled with putty.

7.Appropriate measures should be taken during transportation to ensure that the machined surface is not damaged.

8.The lifting pipe water seal cover pull rod and flip plate pull rod are transported and packaged separately.

9.First,make a set according to this drawing,and then produce in batches after passing the assembly inspection.

10.The cleaning hole cover and hole plug are respectively fixed with chains on the fixing studs of the ammonia nozzle and the fixing studs of the gland.

11.The sealing surface is coated with anti rust grease,the bridge pipe is coated with two coats of black asphalt paint,the valve body is coated with one coat of anti rust red lead paint and one coat of aluminum powder alkyd heat-resistant baking paint,the water seal cover is coated with two coats of E06-1 primer,and then two coats of W61-22 topcoat,with a color of black.
