Coke pusher

There are two types of coke pushers,because the different types of coke ovens are divided into top mounted coke pushers and tamping coke pushers.The general operation steps of a coke pushing car are as follows:walk to the furnace hole to be pushed,and after the alignment between the coke blocking car and the coke quenching car is completed,simultaneously remove the door with the coke blocking car.Then push the focus,and after the push is completed,the push rod retracts.

The structure of the coke pusher for stamping coke oven is basically the same as that of the top mounted coke oven equipment,but there is an additional stamping groove.When loading coal,the tamped coal cake is pushed to the carbonization chamber by the pushing rod,and then pushed out after the coke is mature.So it's called a coal loading and coke pushing truck.

The coke pusher of the coke oven equipment has devices and functions

(1)Running gear.

(2)Mechanized coke pushing device.The pushing coke machine rack is equipped with a compressed air blowing and cleaning device,and the pushing coke current is automatically displayed and recorded.

(3)Mechanized coal leveling device.A compressed air sealing guide sleeve is installed at the door of the flat coal small furnace to measure the remaining coal collected during the coal leveling process in each hole of the carbonization chamber.

(4)Opening and closing furnace door device.The door opening mechanism has a position detection and memory system(including detection and memory of tilt angle and height position)to ensure good repeatability of the furnace door when opening and closing,without damaging the knife edge.

(5)Mechanized cleaning device for the coke oven door and door frame on the machine side.For long-term use,the cleaning device for the coking furnace door adopts a combination of mechanical cleaning and high-pressure water cleaning.

(6)Collect and purify the smoke and dust that escapes from the machine side furnace door.

(7)Head and tail coke recovery device.

(8)Purge the graphite device at the root of the rising pipe.

(9)Graphite device at the top of the carbonization chamber.

(10)Mechanical cleaning device on the machine side operating platform.

(11)Emergency measures in case of power outage.The main function of the emergency handling system for accident power outage is to achieve emergency operation of pushing coke and leveling coal for the pushing coke machine.
