1.Strictly abide by various production rules and regulations,and labor discipline.Properly use labor protection equipment to ensure proper operation.

2.Carefully inspect the specialized equipment,tools,process conditions,and working environment to ensure that they meet the specified standard requirements and are in a normal state.

3.Strictly implement operating procedures and methods,correctly analyze,judge,and handle abnormal situations that occur during production or operation.

4.Operate,strictly control the process,keep clear and accurate records,do not copy records,conduct regular inspections,and promptly handle and report any problems found.

5.Strengthen equipment maintenance,correctly use and properly store various labor protection equipment and protective equipment.

6.For new workers assigned to this position,they should be responsible for their technical education,personal supervision,and production.

7.When discovering dangerous situations and accidents,take timely measures to prevent the expansion of the accident,protect the scene,report to the authorities immediately,actively participate in accident investigation and analysis,and propose preventive measures.

8.Familiarize oneself with the equipment,tools,devices,and protective facilities of this position,and be able to operate and use them correctly.Regularly inspect and keep them in good condition.

Strict prohibitions for coke pushers in coking plants

1.When the furnace door and frame catch fire,it is strictly prohibited to use water to extinguish the fire.

2.It is strictly prohibited to start pushing coke without receiving a signal from the coke blocking car.

3.It is prohibited to push the next furnace of coke when the previous furnace is on fire and has not been processed.

4.It is strictly prohibited to push coke without following the pushing plan.

5.It is strictly prohibited to remove doors on both sides of the machine coke and repair the furnace wall at the same time.

6.It is strictly prohibited to use coke pushing rods without or with unclear markings for operation.

7.It is prohibited to drive when the coke pusher enters the furnace.

8.It is strictly prohibited to pass in front of the coke pushing rod.

Rights and Obligations of Workers

1.Operators shall be familiar with the structure,principle,performance and use of equipment for their posts.

2.Strictly abide by the production process procedures,post operation methods and systems.

3.Strictly abide by labor discipline and temporary instructions in the workshop.

4.If the above regulations and instructions are not followed,resulting in accidents,the operator shall be fully responsible.

5.When outsiders enter this position,they should inquire and stop them.

6.Prevent non personnel from operating and using their own equipment without authorization.

7.Have the right to stop others from operating illegally,supervise their personal safety,and refuse illegal commands.
