During normal operation,the 5.5-meter coal loading coke pusher travels under the coal tower,aligning the coal tank with the tamping hammer on the tamping machine,and keeping the front baffle and movable arm of the coal tank closed.

1、Technical regulations:

1.The high current during coke pushing should not exceed 350A.

2.The high current during coal loading shall not exceed 400A.

3.The oil pressure gauge in the machine room should display a pressure of 0.5&flash;0.6Mpa.

4.The operating cycle of each carbonization chamber is 1320 seconds,which is 22 minutes(normal operation).

2、Operation method of 5.5 meter coal loading and coke pushing truck:

A.General Operations

1.During normal operation,the 5.5-meter coal loading coke pusher travels under the coal tower,aligning the coal tank with the tamping hammer on the tamping machine,and keeping the front baffle and movable arm of the coal tank closed.

2.Perform the tamping operation for the coal cake.After the coal cake is tamped and formed,the tamping hammer should be raised to a high position and confirmed by the tamping worker before starting the train.

3.Start the coal loading and pushing machine to the planned coking chamber,and align the door opening device with the center of the coking chamber.

4.Tighten the front end of the door opening device of the door moving machine against the furnace door,activate the up and down screw mechanism to loosen the horizontal iron bolts of the furnace door,and then drive the door lifting cylinder to lift the furnace door by 10%;45mm,the door moving machine can be driven back to its original position.

5.After the furnace door is opened,start the coal loading and coke pushing machine,align the coke pushing rod head with the center of the carbonization chamber,contact the coke blocking car,and after the coke quenching car is aligned,receive the coke pushing signal before starting the coke pushing operation.After the coke pushing is completed,contact the coke blocking car and the coke quenching car to send the coke pushing end signal.

6.After the pushing operation is completed,start the coal loading pushing machine to align the coal loading device with the center of the carbonization chamber.

7.After the coke blocking car on the coke side closes the furnace door,operate the coal chute so that the two movable arms move 22.5mm opposite.Only when the signal light is on can the front baffle of the coal chute be opened for coal loading operation.When loading coal,slowly start the coal support plate and wait for it to enter the furnace frame before evenly accelerating and delivering it into place.

8.After the coal cake is delivered in place,operate the locking mechanism of the rear baffle of the coal chute.After the rear baffle of the coal chute is locked,fully retract the coal scraper.When the coal scraper returns to the rear position,open the locking mechanism of the rear baffle of the coal chute and start the rear baffle winch to pull the rear baffle back.Close the movable arm of the coal chute and the front baffle of the coal chute.

9.After coal loading,start the coal loading and coke pushing machine,align the door opening device with the center of the carbonization chamber,drive the door moving machine,move the furnace door towards the carbonization chamber,lower the furnace door,then start the up and down screw mechanism,tighten the horizontal iron bolts of the furnace door,and drive the door moving machine to return to its original position.

B.Action:

1、Power outage during coke pushing:

1.Contact the electrician,notify the duty officer and pull down the electrical main switch.

2.Activate the manual mechanism to exit the coke pushing rod from the carbonization chamber.

3.Check that all operating switches and the handle of the main controller are in the zero position,and have a dedicated person responsible for guarding them.

2、Power outage during coal loading:

1.Notify the duty officer.

2.Contact the electrician.

3.Pull down the electrical main switch,operate the switch in the zero position,and assign a dedicated person to take care of it.

4.According to the specific situation,if there is no power call for a short time,manually remove the coal support plate from the carbonization room.

3、Difficulty in pushing coke:

1.If it is difficult to push the coke,the coke pushing rod should be immediately returned and reported to the duty officer.

2.After analyzing the reasons for difficult coke pushing and taking measures,secondary coke pushing can be carried out under the supervision of the duty officer.

3.Do not push out coke cakes,report to the workshop director,and do not push coke multiple times without authorization.
