Pushing coke loading truck

The pusher coal loading truck is one of the important equipment in various coking plants,and its operating condition directly affects whether the coke oven production can proceed smoothly.At present,most coal loading trucks in coking plants are hydraulic dust removal trucks,and unloading valves are basically designed and installed on the coal loading trucks.The function of the unloading valve is to close it to increase suction and prevent the leakage of raw gas from the unloading valve flap.

Running gear

The running gear of the coke loading truck is composed of two symmetrical driving devices,including a variable frequency motor,a hydraulic push rod brake,a coupling with brake wheels,and an bevel gear reducer.

Inner guide sleeve device

The inner sleeve device is composed of the inner sleeve,connecting rod,oil cylinder,and counterweight(divided into two parts:large and small).Due to the fact that the oil cylinder is not far above the coal feeding port,fires often surge up during coal feeding,making the oil cylinder susceptible to baking.The lowering of the inner sleeve requires the action of the oil cylinder to lift the counterweight,so it is necessary to reduce the"load"of the oil cylinder,which can continue to be used in the event of slight failure and can also save energy.

Dust collection device

The dust collection device is composed of dust collection ducts,oil cylinders,tracks,wheels,etc.The track is made of channel steel,and the track is suspended and fixed on the steel structure.

Spiral coal feeding device

The spiral coal feeding device is composed of a screw,an electric motor,a reducer,a coupling,and a shell.The screw is installed between the coal hopper and the sleeve,and its function is to load the coal in the coal hopper into the coke oven furnace through the rotation of the screw.There are often impurities such as plastic and fabric in coal that cannot be removed by the iron remover,although there is manual cleaning in the belt conveyor transportation section and the mesh on the upper part of the coal hopper plays a filtering role.

Air circuit device

The air circuit device is composed of an air compressor,air storage tank,pipeline,electromagnetic valve,air cannon,cylinder,etc.The air compressor adopts Fusheng,with two air compressors,one on standby and the other on standby.The environment of the coal loading truck is very poor,with a large amount of coal ash,smoke,and high temperature,so there are also many malfunctions of the air compressor,such as temperature alarms,computer panel damage,and so on.The electromagnetic valve used for cleaning the furnace top is installed on the cleaning trolley and is located at a relatively low position.Moisture in the compressed air can easily accumulate in the electromagnetic valve,leading to blockage and jamming of the valve core.Although there is an air cannon on each coal hopper,there is often a phenomenon of suspended material in the coal hopper,which requires manual dredging at the top of the coal hopper,seriously affecting the coal loading operation of the coke oven.
