Cocks are suitable for control equipment on low-pressure and low-temperature coke oven gas pipelines as replacement pathways for gas and air.It is composed of main components such as a plug body,plug,spring,etc.When opening and exchanging,use a connecting rod to hold the handle onto the small end face of the valve body and the square end face of the plug simultaneously.Tighten the spring bolt while pressing the handle firmly,and pull the plug to make it contact the conical surface of the valve body to increase the sealing strength.Press the T-shaped groove with a large plug and no square end face when installing and opening for exchange;When the passage is parallel to the flow hole,it is open.It has been fully closed by rotating it 90°.When the rotating force is too large or unable to rotate,the lock nut can be loosened and adjusted.After adjustment,the lock nut can be tightened.

Main performance specifications:The working medium is used for gas,with a working pressure of 500mm water column,a test pressure of 2000mm water column,and a working temperature of less than or equal to 100℃.
