New type of coke quenching vehicle

The new type of erosion quenching car is a supporting equipment for large coke ovens,usually running on the track below the coke side of the coke oven.It is used to carry the coke exported by the guide car at around 1000 degrees Celsius and transport it to the quenching chamber for quenching,and to transport the extinguished coke coal to a designated location.

The new type of erosion quenching car starts working when the coke is pushed by the coke oven.When the quenching car reaches the designated carbon chamber below,it will send a ready signal to the four car linkage system.When it determines that other vehicles are ready,it will start pushing the coke.At this time,the quenching car is used to take on the coke of about 1000 degrees Celsius guided by the coke guide car,which is then pulled by an electric locomotive into the quenching tower and transported to the coke drying platform for unloading,The end of one coke quenching operation.

In order to produce,reduce personnel and property losses,improve production efficiency and work efficiency,the following operational requirements for coke quenching vehicles are summarized.

1、The confirmation of the parking spot for the car with coke out must be confirmed by multiple parties,and it is prohibited for the red coke to fall on the ground;

2、After multiple confirmations of the camera position,a quasi focus signal can be issued;

3、Do not send any signals until the position is properly taken;

4、The quenching car should be positioned in advance according to the coke pushing schedule,and if there are any circumstances,the section chief will notify separately;

5、When turning off the coke parking spot,it is necessary to clearly see that the signal light on the coke blocking car(with the coke guide grille in place)is on;

6、After receiving the coke,according to the specific situation,the quenching car should stop for 10-20 seconds,and then drive away from the dust removal cover of the coke blocking car,especially in the furnace chamber where smoke is relatively high during coke pushing;

7、After the quenching car has received the coke,it should sound the horn before or during the quenching of the coke when driving to the quenching tower.After the coke has been extinguished and released,the car should sound a long horn before driving and observe that there are no people on the track ahead before proceeding with the driving;

8、After the coke is extinguished,the driver pulls the car to a clear view of the 2#furnace and observes whether the car door has been closed in place;

9、After the maintenance time of the middle and night shifts,the coke is discharged from the hole,and the section leader is on site to supervise the coke connection of the quenching car's photo position;

10、When releasing coke,cooperate well with the belt worker,strictly follow the belt worker's instructions,and release coke in a orderly manner.
